Counselling at thorn & earth is an opportunity to explore your inner landscape in a space that is gentle, collaborative, and paced with care. Rooted in relational, anti-oppressive, and trauma-informed values, sessions offer support for those seeking connection, reflection, and meaningful growth.

As a counselling practicum student, I bring together traditional therapeutic frameworks with creative, somatic, and nature-connected practices. My approach is informed by lived experience as a queer, neurodivergent and chronically ill person, as well as a decade of working in community arts, horticulture, and peer support.

Counselling sessions can include talk therapy, creative exploration, and body-based practices — always tailored to your needs and preferences.
