Creative counselling, eco-art, and embodiment for the stuck and tender seasons
I am Alexandria and I support those in seasons of change — for those that may feel too much, or not enough.
For those that who may feel stuck, uncertain, sensitive, burnt out, beginning again.
I use the creative process, nature connection, and slow, embodied support — not as a fix, but as a way of being with what’s here.
If you’re looking for clarity, care, or just a place to begin.

My Approach
Trauma Informed
I hold space with care, curiosity, and collaboration. My work is grounded in anti-oppressive, trauma-informed practices that prioritize safety, choice, and consent. I believe healing happens in relationship — with ourselves, with each other, and with the land. Together, we’ll move at a pace that feels right for you, centering your lived experience and inner wisdom.
Play in Practice
I approach creativity as an act of presence, exploration, and connection. Through eco-art and embodied practices, I invite a sense of playfulness and curiosity — not for perfection or performance, but as a way to listen to what’s here, express what words can’t, and reconnect with yourself and the world around you. Process always matters more than product.
Accessibility
I’m committed to offering low-barrier, accessible spaces for creative and therapeutic connection. Sliding scale options are available to meet a range of financial realities, with transparency and care. Everyone deserves access to support, creative expression, and community — regardless of income.
